Bob Strohm Design and Construction, Inc. is a Design/Build Firm Serving Westchester, Putnam and the surrounding areas since 1978.  We have produced construction documents for over 2300 Residential and Commercial Projects. 

Our goal is to solve your design and construction problems with your vision in mind. At Bob Strohm Design customer satisfaction is paramount.  We specialize in difficult site development, waterfront properties and correction of structural and functional issues.

Previously known as North Lake Associates, BSD&C is a progressive CAD based design firm specializing in Residential and Light Commercial Design and Construction.  We design, contract, supervise and construct projects both for clients and for speculation, either in the role of general contractor or project manager.
